TACTICAL OPERATION MEDICAL MANIKIN
The Tactical Operation Medical Manikin (TOMManikin®) simulators from North American Rescue® Simulation provide the ability to enhance training in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) from point of injury to transfer to higher care. This all-in-one system allows instructors to build multiple realistic traumatic casualty scenarios with reactive patients. The TOMManikin® and Tamikin® series simulators are designed for use in classroom settings, trauma lanes, and field training scenarios. Unique advantages to the system include multiple available interchangeable appendages that can present a variety of wounding patterns such as gunshot, blast and burns to provide full mission profiles in combat scenarios, disaster re-creations, and mass casualty events.

Practice realistic chest seal application and adhesion on an actively bleeding chest wound
Visual Cues
Provide realistic training with remote controlled breathing rates (Slow, Normal, and Fast) and variable pulse rate and pressure (Normal, Bounding, Thready)
Blood Circulation
Detect radial pulses in uninjured upper extremities and bilateral carotid pulses
Needle Decompression
Perform Bilateral Needle Decompression at either 2nd/3rd intercostal (mid-clavicular), or 5th/6th intercostal (mid-axillary) locations
Bleeding Control
Treat massive hemorrhages with wound packing with realistic bleeding control on extremities
Pressure Points
Stop active bleeding by applying direct pressure on pressure points and with tourniquet application
IO Access
Practice IO (sternal, humoral, and tibial) and antecubital IV access on uninjured upper extremies
