Description

Made with a ceramic front face and UHMWPE, this premier NIJ level III certified plate is lightweight and provides outstanding ballistic protection against rifle threats. It is NIJ special threat tested specifically to protect against so called armor piercing rounds such as the 5.56 X 45mm M855 green tip and 7.62 x 39mm BZ API. This stand-alone, multi-hit plate weighs only 4.3 lbs for all day comfort. Its slim design allows it to be easily slipped into the plate pocket of the NAR responder vest without needing to take the vest off. Its durable construction is backed by a 10-year warranty.

All NAR^® Responder Ballistic PPE vests, carriers and armor components are free of polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
