The Mass Casualty Box with Medical Red Cross provides medical responders configured storage container capable of holding 2 fully outfitted CCR Medic/Trauma Sheet Bags with critical lifesaving medical products used in rendering emergency care at sea both military and commercial, or in austere environments on afloat vessels. Kits can be secured using an anti-pilferage seal and the Box watertight integrity provides protection of stored medical kits/products. The Medical Red Cross enables visible identification of the Mass Casualty Box.
